Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems within critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively use the system.

Additional Information
